SUPER JUMBO

SUPER JUMBO: Finest quality gourmet-grade cardamom. 8mm+ (capsule diameter)with only the most mature and freshest capsules packed within the shortest lead times from the farm. These capsules have deep brown to black seeds and are rich in essential oil content. The grade is characterised by its large size, refined aroma, green colour, and freshness. 

EXTRA BOLD

EXTRA BOLD: Slightly smaller than Super Jumbo, but of equivalent quality and freshness. Commercially very popular; 60% of trade in cardamom around the world is in this grade. 7-8mm (capsule diameter), seeds are deep red to brown or black in colour 

BOLD

BOLD: Capsules are 6.5- 7.0 mm in size. This variant is economical and used-widely, owing to its relatively smaller size. Though smaller, it is in no way of lesser quality when it comes to aroma or taste. It is ideal for consumption in ground form.
